Jewish Funerals in NJ, NY, CT

Jewish funerals in NJ, NY, CT, and everywhere else require the clergy to provide those in mourning with the appropriate space for reflection and comfort. I meet with those who are grieving and conduct a dignified, respectful and caring ceremony, weaving in sacred music during the service.

Funeral Traditions Within Judaism

Each religion and culture has its different rituals or traditions to mourn for the dead. Within the Jewish religion, these rituals originated centuries ago. Although these customs are ancient, they still help us find comfort in our mourning.

I provide a service that includes the readings from both modern and ancient Jewish texts. The service also includes the readings of personal remembrances from loved ones. A memorial prayer is chanted to ask God for the acceptance of the spirit.

I can conduct the service, help with arrangements, and guide the family and friends.
